SA80 Magazines and Ammunition

Since the STANAG ( STANdardisation AGreement ) most magazines to this standardisation fit the SA80. Before, most users sought the M16 / AR15 mag but now everyone including the M16/AR15/M4 clan are after the new H+K steel A2 mags. These are now made in 30 round standard mags and 20 round mags for use on the Carbine in AFVs and helicopters.

A pile of mags all supposed to fit the SA80 and LSW. We will look closer at these now.

A very rare A1 mag from ACL.

The current H+K A2 mag in 30 rounds.

Relatively rare Sterling STANAG mag that fits the SA80. Not had any feedback on how well these work as we are frightened to use them in case they get scratched ! They are steel and were made way before H+K brought out their steel one.

The legendary Colt M16 mag.

We thought we would include this mag. It is an aftermarket mag from the U.S. and has never missed a feed in both our collegues SA80 and LSW !
