ARMY, NAVY AND AIR FORCE.

ONGOING EFFORT UNDERWAY TO ROPE THE SERVICES INTO THE FILMS. THE AMERICANS KEEP DOING IT AND THEIR FORCES ARE BENEFITTING FROM THE FREE ADVERTISING FOR RECRUITMENT. ONE EXAMPLE BEING TOP GUN WHERE THE NUMBERS OF MEN WALKING INTO USAF RECRUITMENT OFFICES DOUBLED OVERNIGHT.

We are attempting to highlight the dwindling numbers of Cadets and try to boost recruitment and can do the same with the forces. The beginning of book 1 is in Afghanistan, two of the main characters are in the army, three of the main characters go to Cadets once a week and the 6th character appearing in book 2 is a secret Govt. weapon anyway and is taken under the wing of 22 SAS where she is a regular visitor at RAF Credenhill. We will try to be using British Army type weapons where possible. Some of the villains and drug dealers we deal with in the books and films obviously may not have British Army weapons so there will be other weapon types.

REQUIREMENTS.

These are quite small as the Cadets will cover the human side of things.

The help of a TA centre in Wales.

This will be for filming the times Taisia is at her TA centre.

The use of MOD ranges.

As we will only use real ammunition and explosives this is the only real option. All our Pyrotechnicians will be taken from ex-MOD experts although we already know a lot about this subject.

Occasional use of Sennybridge buildings and areas.

This will be for filming the times Ross is at his workplace.

Weapons.

No weapons are required as our swiss and Belgian teams are preparing these now. However, we may need the odd part.

Explosives.

One of our aquaintances gas a contract for disposing of ex-MOD items already. These are usually burnt on a bondfire ! He is prepared to reprocess these items into usable product for our large explosions. We will fit our schedule around his disposals as some of the stuff has a time limit. He is prepared to take on ammunition disposal too.

R.A.F.

One film opening sequence is of Sakura flying a jet through the Mach Loop low flying area in Wales, landing and getting out of the jet. We already have film of the low flying but need to film this again with the new cameras and the sequence where she confidently alights from the plane.
