VISITOR CENTRE.

THIS WILL BE ALL IN ONE BUILDING AND MAY HAVE TO BE BUILT AS A LAYOUT OF THIS TYPE DOES NOT EXIST AT THE MOMENT.

MAIN MUSEUM : Ground floor. This will house all movable props, vehicles etc. that have been used are in use or will be used in the films, used in Cosplay events. Vehicles will have their own parking spot and will be moved only to maintain them or for filming.

THE X TEAM WORKSHOP : Ground floor. This will be a fully kitted workshop run by one person who will also play the part of Dave in the films. When not filming he will talk to fans, show them around the workshop, make things for the films and for the on site shop and online shops. This cast member will not be given a costume as we want reality ! Real dirt from real work on the machines! Must have no acting ability whatsoever BUT must be completely natural around someone with a camera. All X Team vehicles will be maintained in this workshop and all building maintenance conducted from here. The workshop will not be cleaned up for filming !

PRIMROSE COTTAGE INTERIOR : Ground floor. This will be available to visitors when not in use for filming. The lounge may double as the staff room to get the lived in look along with the kitchen. The twins bedroom will be there too for filming and visits. Could actually double as their real bedroom when in London and they could have needy kids chosen by the Trust in for sleep overs !

MAIN HALL : Ground floor. This is quite important. It will have a number of uses and should have the ability to split up into several sections with the use of movable partitions. Uses will be Charity meetings, temporary scene building, press meetings, hire out to companies, Cosplay Events or The X Team events, technology and computer shows, Cadet usage and the like.

RESTAURANT : Ground floor. Will feed Visitors (CHEAPLY) with maybe vouchers for food given with the tickets, will feed the staff, will feed events held in the hall, will provide packed lunches for filming, will serve the cast flats and act as canteen for the office workers. The Circus chip wagon in book 1 may be used here also and can double as a location food centre. This will be stocked up from the restaurant. Could possibly live on the first floor.

OFFICES : First floor. Here will be the general office, receptionist, second telephonist for public will be at the reception desk. Offices will handle accounts, visiting schedules, hall bookings, outside property allocation etc. A second office will deal with the Trust work and charity requirements. All editing will be handled from this floor and production of the films.

ACCOMMODATION : Second floor : Apartments available for the cast which will involve their own office, a meeting room for official and fan meetings along with a bedroom and dressing room. There will be 'floating' apartments for any use. A small worktop style kitchen in each apartment will provide drinks but all food will be ordered from the Restaurant.
